Igor Postuła, Ph.D., Associate Professor at the University of Warsaw; Attorney at Law; Chief of the Business Law Department and Vice-Dean for Development at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw.
Igor Postuła graduated in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and law at the University of Warsaw. The scientific interests of Igor Postuła focus on corporate governance, state ownership, and business law. As an attorney at law, he specializes in business law. He has also been involved in consulting activities for business, public administration, and the Polish Parliament. Igor Postuła lectured on Corporate governance at several European universities. He is the author of more than 50 books and articles.
