Biography
Norman Vander Putten is post-doctoral research fellow at the Belgian National Fund for Scientific Research (F.R.S.-FNRS) and Guest professor at UCLouvain Saint-Louis - Bruxelles.With a background in economics and in law, his research focuses on public economic law, public finance, environmental economic law and institutional quantification. His post-doctoral project focuses on the greening of public spending by the European Union.
