Isabelle GODBOUT

Biography

Currently a PhD candidate, research assistant, and lecturer at the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), Isabelle completed a master's degree in sociology at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM) and a bachelor's degree in journalism at Laval University. She is also the coordinator of ENAP's Center for Research on Governance (CERGO) and a student member of the Quebec Political Science Society (SQSP) and the Centre for Research and Information on Collective Enterprises (CIRIEC-Canada).

Since 2015, Isabelle has successively served as a research assistant, professional, and coordinator. In her role, she has worked on numerous research projects, including case studies, program evaluations, various types of literature reviews (scoping, systematic, and meta-analysis), and Delphi studies. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to distinguish herself in the fields of research, knowledge transfer and capacity building. Her research focuses primarily on the recognition of groups and organizations from an institutional perspective.
