Biography
Dónal Palcic is an Associate Professor in Economics at the Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, Ireland. His primary area of research is in public sector economics with a particular focus on infrastructure policy, public enterprises, privatisation and public-private partnerships. Dónal has co-authored a book on the Irish privatisation experience and has also published a considerable number of refereed journal articles on the topics of privatisation, public-private partnerships and state-owned enterprises. In 2016, Dónal spent five months as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Cornell Program for Infrastructure Policy in the Department of Policy Analysis and Management in Cornell University. He has also held Visiting Professor positions at Grenoble Ecole de Management (France), Audencia Business School (Nantes, France) and Ecole de Management Strasbourg (France).Linkedin: Donal Palcic
