The membership as “National Section” or “Affiliated Member” is intended for organizations with an interest in the fields of public economy and/or social and cooperative economy.
CIRIEC members include public and social economy enterprises and organizations, mutual societies, cooperatives, trade unions, as well as local authorities (provinces, regions, cities) and academic institutions (research centers, universities, etc.).
Together, they play a key role in CIRIEC’s scientific reflection through research, publications and the organization of national and international events.

CIRIEC offers the possibility for individual members to join its scientific network.
Membership procedures differ depending on whether or not there is a CIRIEC National Section in your country.
