Biography
Associate Professor at the Department of Applied Economics of the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain). Her main research topics focuses on the role of the public sector in the economy, and more specifically stated-owned enterprises and privatisations, innovation policies, public procurement, impact of public policies, regional policies, regional and local development, promotion of new sectors (renewable energies, biotechnology, eco-innovation).Welfare State, Sustainable Development Goals and Circular Economy. Besides publications in the form of articles, books and book chapters, she has participated in a number of research projects on these topics.
