Biography

Nillireth Paola Rodríguez Duque is a full professor specializing in corporate governance, compliance, financial law, international contracting, and social economy. She earned her Law degree from the National University of Colombia and pursued postgraduate studies in Financial Law at Universidad del Rosario and International Contracting at Universidad Externado de Colombia. She holds a Master’s degree in social economy from Mondragon University in Spain and is currently completing a Ph.D. in Economics and Finance at the University of Research and Innovation in Mexico.

With over 20 years of experience, she has worked with national and international financial institutions, consulting firms, technology providers, and payment service companies. Her expertise lies at the intersection of financial regulation, compliance, corporate governance, and international contracting, making her a key contributor to the development of best practices in these areas.

As a recognized professor and researcher in corporate governance and compliance, she teaches in master’s programs at prestigious universities and leads executive training programs for financial and corporate leaders. Her research focuses on financial regulation, corporate risk management, and emerging financial technologies, contributing to academic and industry discussions on governance and compliance in an evolving financial landscape.
