Biography
Millán Díaz-Foncea (Logroño, Spain, 1985).PhD in Economics and Management of Organizations from the University of Zaragoza. Member of the GESES research group - University of Zaragoza (geses.unizar.es).
His research activity has focused on three main lines:
(1) Analysis of the foundations of Social Economy entities, the evaluation and social impact of organizations, and the study of new trends;
(2) Creation and entrepreneurship in cooperative societies and their contribution to the economic development of their territory; and
(3) The concept and characteristics of social enterprises and hybrid organizations.
As a result of this activity, he has published 44 works, 26 of them as articles in national and international journals. He has also published 18 books, monographs, and chapters, issued by renowned publishers, and has participated in 39 research projects, 16 of them as Principal Investigator.
