Biography
Francisco Guilherme Nunes is a tenured professor at ISCTE-IUL (Lisbon, Portugal) in the Department of Human Resource and Organizational Behaviour. He teaches, consults, and conducts research on organizational identity and performance, particularly in highly institutionalized contexts such as healthcare, public, and non-profit organizations. He holds a PhD in Management and is currently the director of the Master's program in Healthcare Management.
