Daniel Francisco NAGAO MENEZES holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, specializations in Constitutional Law and Civil Procedural Law both by PUC-Campinas, Specialization in Didactics and Pedagogical Practice in Higher Education by the University Center Padre Anchieta, Master and PhD in Political and Economic Law by the University Presbyterian Mackenzie.
Post-Doctor in Law from the University of São Paulo.
Professor of the Post-Graduate Program in Political and Economic Law, Faculty of Law, Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
Vice-President of CIRIEC-Brazil.
