Daniela Argento is Associate Professor in Management Control and Accounting at Kristianstad University (Sweden) where she coordinates the Research Environment GRIP (Governance, Regulation, Internationalization and Performance).
Daniela teaches Master courses of Strategy and Management Control, and supervises Master and Doctoral Students. She is involved in various research projects.
Her research interests and publications are focused on governance, control and performance of public service organizations; implementation of smart city strategies; circular economy; citizen engagement; accounting and organizational change; sustainability and integrated reporting; sustainability assurance; digitalization of the accounting industry; identity threats in academia; and integration of SDGs in Higher Education Institutions.
