At the same time, although the EU\u2019s sustainability reporting framework has undergone significant changes, double materiality in ESG reporting remains strategic\u2014specifically for public enterprises in critical infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"846\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Importantly, sustainability reporting is no longer just about compliance; it supports strategic decision-making, risk management, investment planning, and resilience building.
